The Ohio Senate Workforce and Higher Education Committee began hearings this week on House Bill (HB) 33, the state operating budget for Fiscal Years (FY) 2024-2025. Yesterday, the OLC testified before the committee and urged lawmakers to hold public libraries harmless from any proposed reductions to the PLF caused by the tax reform changes.
