Budget language for Gov. Mike DeWine’s state budget proposal for Fiscal Years (FY) 2022-2023 has been formally introduced as House Bill  (HB) 110 and will serve as a starting point for consideration by the Ohio House of Representatives. Today, in the House Finance Subcommittee on Higher Education, the State Library of Ohio was asked to offer testimony on their budget for FY 2022 and FY 2023.
