Ohio Lawmakers Approve State Budget Bill

Ohio lawmakers approved the Fiscal Year (FY) 2022-2023 state budget bill, House Bill (HB) 110 on Monday evening following an 82-13 vote in the Ohio House and 32-1 vote in the Ohio Senate. HB 110 now heads to Gov. DeWine for his signature and possible line-item vetoes.

The budget bill must be signed by this Thurs., June 30 in order for the appropriations to take effect on July 1, the first day of the new state fiscal year. Watch for more updates from OLC.
